- When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and basic profile information.
- If you connect your Google Analytics or Google Ads accounts, we collect data from those services (such as analytics metrics and advertising campaign data) as necessary to provide our business intelligence services.
- We collect Shopify store information and analytics data as authorized when you install our app.

How We Use Your Information
- We use your information solely to provide and improve our application's features and services – for example, to generate analytics reports and perform due diligence analysis based on your data.

- Data Retention: We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy (providing our services and as required for business or legal reasons). Privacy Policy for Meta/Facebook Data
Ecomm IQ by Digital Fuel, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you connect your Meta (Facebook) account to our application.
Information We Collect
- When you sign in with Facebook, we collect your Facebook user ID and access token.
- We may request access to your Facebook Ads data (including ads_read and ads_management permissions) for due diligence purposes.
How We Use Your Information
- Your Facebook data is used solely to facilitate secure access to your Facebook Ads account for due diligence and analytics.
- We do not post on your behalf or access your personal Facebook profile data.
- Data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
- We may use aggregated, anonymized data for internal analytics and business insights.
Data Retention and Security
- Access tokens are securely stored and are only retained for as long as necessary to complete due diligence.
- When a token expires or you revoke access, we will delete your data from our systems upon request.
Opting Out
- Your participation is voluntary. You may revoke Ecomm IQ access to your Facebook data at any time via your Facebook account settings.
